3.2.6 notes:
* Neutral Switzerland can no longer use the Free Peoples CB.
* The British "Restore the Raj" CB now only valid against uncivs, and no longer applies to a united India in any case.
* North American minors no longer ask to join the USA if they are a vassal (unless they are the USA's vassal) or in a sphere (unless they are in the USA's sphere).
* Added the Brazilian decisions to rename Uruguay and to restore Cisplatina back to Uruguay.
* Fixed mentions of the non-existant "scramble_for_africa" flag.
* "Solano's Ambition" event for Paraguay no longer fires if Paraguay is in Brazil's or Argentina's sphere.
* Changed the event that helps move "stuck" units in foreign territory to hopefully catch more instances.
* The Ideology Stronghold events now remove all other stronghold modifiers in the state, to prevent instances where more than one modifier could exist in the same state simultaneously.
* Tokugawa winning the Boshin War no longer automatically renames Edo to Tokyo.
* Fixed the Jim Crow laws so it does not keep re-firing.
* Neutral Switzerland no longer breaks alliances automatically, since it pulls out of wars anyhow.
* Edited the Political Scandal events to fire under more circumstances, and happen more often during elections.
* Tripoli no longer owned by Tripolitania in the 1861 scenario.
* Reduced size of French army in Senegal.
* Fixed a couple of minor localization bugs.
* Mongolia added as a Qing vassal from the start of the game.
* "Law of Guarantees" decision no longer requires that Rome not be the capital, just that Rome be owned.
* Lombardy will no longer ask for autonomy from a South Italian Italy.
* Added the Second Opium War events, starting with the Arrow Incident that sparks a possible confrontation with the UK. This should occur within the first couple of years after the **ing Rebellion.
* Modified the Peking Convention so it requires that the Arrow Incident has occurred, and Qing either be in Russia's sphere or no sphere. Russia must be at peace and not be in a truce with Qing.
* Added the Treaty of Saint Petersburg, allowing Russia to challenge Qing for Ili if it owns the uncolonized province adjacent. Russia must have Nationalism & Imperialism.
* Russia has a decision to offer Mongolia vassalization if it is freed from Qing control and either in Russia's sphere or owns any Chinese cores.
* The "Russian Vladivostok" decision now adds Russian cores to HaIshenwai if it somehow gains the state without the Peking Convention decision.
* Added the Dungan Rebellion (which causes Kashgaria to rebel) and the Panthay Rebellion (which causes Yunnan to rebel), which can start after the **ing Rebellion begins.
* Qing has an event which can lower relations with its sphere owner while it's uncivilized, and ultimately cause it to attempt to remove itself from a sphere if relations become low enough.
* Changed the "Enemy of my Enemy" event so countries will turn down an alliance from a GP if they are allied with another GP who is also allied with them.
* AI spherelings who are threatened at being overrun by rebels will send an event to their sphere owner, asking for help and offering military access.
* The patriot rebel events will now annex a country properly if the entire country is eligible. In that instance, any sphere owner will get a Free Peoples CB against the usurping country. (This will need to be tested.)
* Increased the number of muslim pops in Yunnan.
* Slightly trimmed power of pop growth trends
* China now produces some cotton
* AI now likes Clergy more than Crats. This will mean that uncivs at least NF useful POPs rather than just mass-producing millions and millions of crats.
* Weighting for Power Techs increased.
* Fascism less wildly popular in conditions of revanchism.
* Added a Free Allied Cores CB which allows you to gain back an allied sphereling's cores (as well as union cores, if their union does not exist). Free Peoples CB now only works on non-existing countries. Occasionally an allied sphereling that has cores held by a neighbour will ask for your help in retaking them, and offers this CB. Some events that offered Free Peoples CB previously now offer Free Allied Cores CB, where it makes sense.
* Event which prompts France's Cochinchina Campaign now involves demanding the area from Dai Nam, first.
* "Suzerainty of Cambodia" event added, if France neighbours a vassal Cambodia. France will demand Dai Nam transfers the vassalage, threatening war.
* "French Indochina" event added, similar to the Dutch East Indies event for the Netherlands, which occasionally grants CB's to France to gain Vietnamese, Laos and Cambodian cores from unciv neighbours.
* French version of the Unequal Treaty useable against Dai Nam added from Simsulla's mod.
* "Create Laotian Protectorate" decision added for France, allowing it to demand submission of neighbouring unciv Lao countries (Luang Prabang, Wiang Chhan and Champassak).
* "Organize Lan Xang" decision added for France, useable if it controls all three Lao country cores. This replaces the cores with Lan Xang cores, adds prestige and beneficial modifiers.
* "Siamese Border Treaty" decision added for France, used upon researching Mass Politics. It can demand any Laoatian, Vietnamese or Cambodian cores that Siam holds and improves relations/influence if Siam agrees.
* Added the Great Game CB for the UK and Russia, which allows them to vassalize the Central Asian countries between India and Russia (so long as they're bordering either the UK/Russia or a vassal). This only applies if the UK and Russia are both GP's, and the UK has not retreated from India. An event will occasionally appear for the UK and Russia which can grant them the CB against one of these countries... and while that CB is in effect, there's a chance a border incident event will pop up in that country which prompts war (if UK/Russia are hostile). The UK's Doctrine of Lapse has been extended to Kashmiri and Baluchi countries, and Russia has been given a version which affects Kokand, Khiva and Bukkhara (though it still retains the Great Game decisions).
* Added a new version of the Scramble for Africa CB which is an annex on 1-state uncivs, while the previous version now only works on 2+ state uncivs.
* Fixed a number of AI relation settings in the history files which did not have corresponding entries in the target country (and hence did not take effect).
* Fixed the "Reorganize Mozambique" decision.
* Fixed the Warlord events, so Communist and Fascist cliques have the proper reforms for their new government types.
* Added an Immediate clause to the dismantling events, so players get their cores back first as they should.
* Closed a loophole in the Oriental Crisis which allowed an Egyptian player to avoid the entire event chain if they declared an independence war early.
* Some fixes to the Great Game events.
* Strengthened Siam's beginning reforms slightly, and reduced Dai Nam's beginning reforms slightly.
* Renamed the second Echo Bay province to Repulse Bay.
* Combat Width modifiers added to terrain
* Combat Width removed from techs apart from machines guns. Invention width mods remain.
* Buffed some attack and defence techs to make late-game battles more bloody. |
