第一步:
在common\countries开一个国家的档案,档案为**xx.txt (**xx为国家的英文名)
这里其实随便在其他国家的文档里复制过来就行不一定非得跟我一样

以上是我设置的内阁范例
下面让我一个个说明,graphical_culture是政治文化,校长的文化是小日本,但是自制可以改成其他,我的模板里是德国,你也可以改成苏联英国或者其他,具体的你打开其他国家的文件看看可以复制,但是我觉得德国挺好。
default_templates,是模板,懒得研究,你就照着复制就好,德国模板不错。
infantry_brigade,是部队番号,不一定照我样子,去其他国家直接复制也行。不过在后面我会附一个番号生成器(生成器不是楼主做的,但是楼主也不知道是谁做的,但是还是要感谢一下)

第二步:
到common内的countries.txt
在底部输入

第三步;
国旗和内阁将领头像制作;
自备截图工具,如photoshop,可牛影像,美图秀秀等等
国旗长款像素为93*64,TGA格式
然后把做好的国旗该名字后(如:LYG.tga)
放到gfx\flags内
打开flagfiles.tga点编辑模式把做好的国旗粘贴进去并且拼整齐
完成后的效果应该是这样~~,

有些工具不能编辑TGA,大家可以先把flagfiles.tga转换成JPG格式,然后用你的工具编辑制作保存,然后再转换格式到TGA
最后去flagfiles.txt的文字末端加上 AAA.tga (AAA为你所做国家的代码)
这样国旗就做好了
将领头像就非常简单了不用拼图直接用工具把你准备好的普通图片截像素36*50,当然也可以用比例36比50截好,然后用转换工具转换下(下面会附一个工具)
然后把图片名字该成如:Z1,把头像文件放入gfx\pictures\portraits反正要对应好你的内阁和将领但是记住别和\gfx\pictures\portraits里的图片名字重了!!!!!!!切记
第四步:
去\history\provinces选你要建立国家的地区和你国家的首都;关于地皮代码可以先去游戏中把你想要的地名用笔记下来,然后去localisation文件夹打开province_names.csv文件搜索你刚才记下来的地名
PROV后面的就是地皮代码
然后在去一个个把你想要地皮加上你国家的核心

最后说一下,如果是THF4.02版本的,有些文件比之前的3版本在TFH有相同文件的需注意,在TFH里面也要去改一下。有些身份代码TFH版本和之前3版本不一样的也需注意。如果玩MOD的,有些MOD里有改动的文件也需在MOD里面改动一下或者加上。
注意,所更改的文件最后都备份,免得重装
