根据长期在52的经验，先看后动是很好的选择

看了下，可以学3个以上的技能，至少我59现在是3技能+第四个技能25%

所以车长可以学老兵技能，加速乘员培训，另外第六感肯定要的
驾驶员的转向垂稳和驾驶也是很好的，其他好像没什么特别好的
