EU罗马1 成王败寇2.36补丁(20180730更新)

一、打补丁顺序
适用于购买的正版 steam 黄金版， 含有原版+ 资料片 vae victis 成王败寇 2.32c 版
1、先查看现有游戏的校验和 checksum ，如果是下面的 IYID 就说明是 2.32c版。
先启动游戏一次，然后退出游戏。去到游戏目录的 logs 目录下，打开 setup.log 搜索 checksum
v2.32c IYID 7/19/10 Steam Installations shows Jul9 2010 in system.log
v2.32c SWBL 7/19/10 All other installations
2、再下载 2.35补丁和2.36补丁

3、因为游戏的 event目录下的，governors.txt 有错误，finesse = 30等， 将其改为 finesse = 3 ，
游戏的 event目录下的 high_priest.txt 的 Neglected Duties 2504事件里，ruler的特性加速触发的有 devout piou sceptical ，减速触发的有 lapsedtolerant。
将 sceptical 放到减速触发里， 并把 zealous 加入加速触发。
请见本帖附件 hotfix.zip。
4、先解压2.35补丁，再解压2.36补丁，最后解压hotfix补丁。
5、先用2.36补丁覆盖替换2.35补丁文件夹下的内容，再用fix补丁覆盖替换2.35补丁文件夹下的内容，获得一个最新补丁文件夹。
6、用最新补丁文件夹的内容覆盖游戏安装目录下对应内容。
7、查看是不是正确打完2.36补丁，如果是下面的 IUJY 就说明是 2.36c版

It seems like the latest Windows have lost the ability to properly create province_textures, so you shouldn't modify it, you just need to delete the paths and time files.
Instruction
Install the game
Apply the patch 2.36c beta
Delete all the files, except the folder province_textures in C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Europa Universalis Rome\map\cache
